We thought we would let all our readers who are England fans know that England are throwing the doors of Twickenham stadium open for fans to watch the squad train and it is FREE. The session is on Thursday 14 August.

All 32 members of the England Elite playing squad will be training from 5pm for 90 minutes. Training will be followed by a twenty minute autograph session pitch side. Priority access to the autograph zone will be given to children.

Here is the information issued by the RFU:

Anyone wishing to attend the England open training session should arrive at Twickenham Stadium as follows:

PEDESTRIANS – Please arrive at Gate 4 in Rugby Road no later than 4.45pm.

BY CAR – Please arrive at Gate 3 in Whitton Dene no later than 4.45pm.

All supporters will then be collected from Gate D and escorted through to the North End of the West Stand lower tier where they can watch training.
