Zinc Oxide Trainer’s Tape has been developed by sports medicine experts. Its high strength makes it ideal for ankle, knee, shoulder and wrist tape jobs. It will adhere securely to skin or can be used on top of pre tape underwrap. It comes off the roll smoothly and conforms easily to the body part that is being taped. They are available to purchase in single rolls or multiples of; 6,12 or 24.
Trainers Tape for safe taping

It can be used to re-inforce the supporting action of ligaments following a sprained ankle, shoulder separation, knee ligament injury or a wrist sprain.
