The Absa Currie Cup final will be staged at Vodacom Park on Saturday 27 October and features Free State Cheetahs versus the Golden Lions. The match has two exciting crowd warm -up games with the Finals in both the Absa Under-21 (A-section) and Absa Under-19 (A-section) being staged at the same venue as curtain raisers to the 2007 Absa Currie Cup Final.  Both games feature teams from the Blue Bulls and Western Province, which bodes well for the senior sides in the future.
